Provided hands on assistance with daily living skills as well as conducting rounds routinely to ensure any changes in patients condition and comfort needs report changes to Charge Nurse and Doctors as needed. Recorded patient medical history vital statistics and test results. All of these responsibilities were including but not limited to my duties.
