Volunteer Opportunities - Evergreen Cottages

Your time is one of your most valuable assets. Your willingness to donate it makes a meaningful difference in the lives of others. It is truly appreciated.
If you’d like to volunteer or would like more information please provide your contact information and any areas of interest, skills, or talents that you may have.

All Ages can Volunteer: Volunteers of All Ages are Welcome. Young children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Middle School and High School Students can earn Volunteer Hours. We will provide a certificate of volunteer hours earned upon request. Seniors Helping Other Seniors are also welcome. Performers, Musicians and other talented individuals, please select the days and times you would like to volunteer and tell us more about your talents in the comment box below.

By submitting this application, I affirm that the facts set forth in it are true and complete. I understand that if I am accepted as a volunteer, any false statements, omissions, or other misrepresentations made by me on this application may results in my immediate removal from the Volunteer program and I may not be eligible to Volunteer again at Evergreen Cottages dismissal.

Our Policy

It is the policy of this organization to provide equal opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual preference, age or disability. In efforts to protect our residents from communicable disease, Evergreen Cottages requires you to provide proof of a negative TB test (PPD or Chest X-ray) that is no older than one year to be provided prior to any volunteer work. I authorize Evergreen Cottages and its affiliates to investigate all statement contained in this application including records of any former employers, police departments, drug testing, and other references or sources concerning me. I authorize all such reference and sources (and the company) to release this information without liability for damage resulting from such release. I waive any written notice of the release of such records that may be required by state of federal law.
